Voicemail First Time Setup

The first time you access your voicemail, the default password is “1234”. You will be asked to create a new password. The new password must be 6 numbers (non repetitive and non sequential). You will also need to record your name and a greeting. Be prepared with a new password and what you are going to say because the prompts move along quickly.

• On a classroom phone, press the Messages button on the handset. On an office phone, the voicemail key looks like an envelope. The phone will now dial into the voicemail system.
• Follow the prompts to enter the default password, enter and confirm your new password.
• The system will now ask you to add your name.
• Following your name, you will be asked to record an out of office message.

You are all done now, your voicemail is setup!
